  • Does MNH outsource their services?

    MNH does not outsource any services. We use staff both in the U.S. and Philippines; however, the offshore staff are employees of MNH. Therefore, all staff go through the same exceptional training and testing prior to engaging with or providing any services to you, our client.

  • Will my virtual assistant (VA) be able to handle all calls coming into my office?

    Your VA is trained to handle and/or respond to a wide variety of questions that patients may have, including scheduling procedures, medication refills, prior authorizations, TMS therapy, Ketamine, and Spravato-related questions. During the onboarding process, we will identify any specific policies unique to your practice to ensure your VA is equipped to handle other types of questions that may arise.

  • Will my VA be able to collect patient copays?

    Yes, MNH offers a digital option to collect patient copays and can verify and communicate benefits and eligibility with your patients.

  • Will my VA be able to assist in improving my practice?

    Your VA is trained to improve patient compliance, provide patient education, ensure copays are collected, and obtain prior authorizations when necessary. We have assisted many clients with increasing practice revenue, and most importantly, increasing compliance for much improved patient outcomes.

  • Will my VA be able to assist with TMS consultations?

    Yes, your VA is trained to conduct TMS consultations and has a full understanding of the various types of TMS treatment protocols, the patient intake and prior authorization process, and can answer the majority of questions your patients may have as it relates to TMS treatment.

  • Will my VA ensure that the proper prior authorization is obtained for my TMS patients prior to treatment?

    Yes, your VA will verify your patient’s insurance benefits and communicate any out-of-pocket responsibility with your patient. If the patient is agreeable, your VA will ensure that the patient completes the proper TMS intake paperwork, will request medical records from other mental health providers, and submit the prior authorization request to the patient’s insurance prior to the start of treatment.
