Metro NeuroHealth, LLC TMS & Psychiatry Services is committed to assisting psychiatrists and other physicians and healthcare professionals with providing the most advanced forms of therapies to their patients. We are passionate about mental health and the wellbeing of all people. Our service programs are simple, sensible, smart, solutions that offer TMS clinics an opportunity to run a very efficient, yet thriving TMS therapy clinic.


We are a team of passionate people who cares about the clients we serve. We are specialists in starting TMS clinics, and our mission is to give life back to those suffering from debilitating mental health-related symptoms. We've dedicated ourselves to helping physicians and other health care professionals build TMS therapy and psychiatric clinics that thrive.

We specialize in providing TMS clinic start up consulting, credentialing, TMS patient intake and prior authorization services, psychiatry and TMS billing services, and design, development and hosting for custom mental health websites.

There is an art and science to the TMS patient intake process, and billing starts with the patient consultation visit. Each step of patient intake is critical, from the consultation and benefits and eligibility check, to obtaining the prior authorization for service. It all plays a role in whether or not our clients are reimbursed properly for the service rendered to the patient.
